Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and on-site execution. You will interface with customers to maximize satisfaction, safety and quality while ensuring projects stay on budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related field.
• Associates degree in Engineering is acceptable with relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, field service or project management.
• PMI certification or similar is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects typically up to $1M from award through completion.
• Prepare installation plans, manage schedules, and coordinate subschedules.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project plans.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and cost control to meet budgets.
• Communicate project status to customer and internal teams regularly.
