Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and procurement. You will manage field installation, start-up, and close-out while maximizing customer satisfaction, safety and quality assurance.

You will interface with customers, lead a dynamic team, and drive projects to successful completion within cost and time constraints. The role emphasizes growth within Convergint’s values and culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in a technical environment.
• Ability to lead teams and mentor others.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and cost control.
• PMI or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project facets from award to closeout, ensuring schedule and budget adherence.
• Develop installation plans and job procedures.
• Translate customer needs into proposals and project plans; support sales as needed.
• Communicate requirements clearly to the project team and maintain records.
• Manage procurement and subcontractor selection to meet deadlines and cost targets.
• Oversee risk management and project cost reporting.
