Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Project Manager to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and safety standards. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage procurement, and track cost controls to deliver high-quality results.

The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, communications, and leadership in a fast-paced service environment. A valid driver's license and 5–7 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years project management experience.
• PMI certification and/or similar licenses preferred.
• Experience in electronic security, building automation or life safety systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate multiple aspects of small to medium projects from award through completion.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project implementation plans.
• Communicate project requirements to the project team and maintain up-to-date records of status, changes, and material flow.
• Act as the customer’s primary service provider and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, services, and controls for timely completion within budget.
• Establish project milestones and cost analysis.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and related activities.
