You will coordinate with production, operations, and sales to meet timelines, enforce safety, and push for operational excellence across multiple sites. A strong track record in high-volume residential installs is preferred.

• Conducting jobsite inspections and addressing issues in real time.

• Tracking progress and readiness for closeout.
• Owning field execution from start to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets.
• Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes).
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance.
• Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations.
• Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout.
• Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency.
• Own field execution from start to completion.
