Vault Roofing is seeking a Field Project Manager in Nashua, NH to lead field residential roofing installations and manage crews to ensure on-time, high-quality workmanship. You will drive safety, coordinate with production, and maintain strong customer expectations across multiple jobs.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep roof installation experience, and the ability to hold teams accountable in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on residential roofing installation experience.
Ability to lead crews and subcontractors across multiple jobs.
Ability to ensure installations meet manufacturer specs and code requirements.
Strong problem solving for on-site materials, workmanship, and scope changes.
Maintain safety protocols and jobsite compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets.
Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously.
Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards.
Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes).
Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance.
Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations.
Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout.
Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency.
Own field execution from start to completion.
