Job summary

Vault Roofing is seeking a Roofing Project Coordinator to organize residential projects from signed contract through completion. You will work closely with homeowners, sales reps, crews, suppliers, and production to keep projects on schedule and customers informed.

Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not required. Join a fast-paced team in Windsor, CT, with opportunities for growth, and a strong focus on customer experience and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple roofing projects is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with homeowners, sales, crews, and suppliers.
• Familiarity with CRM/project management systems.
• Ability to track schedules, budgets, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate roofing projects from contract through completion.
• Schedule crews, material deliveries, inspections, and customer appointments.
• Provide homeowners with regular updates throughout the process.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, crews, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Track project costs, budgets, and change orders; verify deposits and financing.
