Vault Roofing is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead residential roofing installations across Scranton, PA. This hands‑on leadership role requires managing crews, driving quality, and keeping projects on schedule in a fast‑growth environment.

You will coordinate with Production, Operations and Sales to hit timelines, enforce safety, and ensure workmanship meets manufacturer specs and company standards. This role reports to the Production department.

Qualifications

• Leads day‑to‑day residential roofing installations across markets.
• Manages crews/subcontractors and multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Ensures installs meet manufacturer specs, codes and company standards.
• Conducts jobsite inspections and resolves issues in real time.
• Enforces safety protocols and maintains jobsite compliance.
• Coordinates with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines.
• Tracks progress, milestones and readiness for closeout.
• Coaches and trains to improve crew output and consistency.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets
• Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously
• Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards
• Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes)
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance
• Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations
• Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout
• Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency
• Own field execution from start to completion
