Job summary

Vault Roofing is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead field operations for residential roofing installs across Milwaukee and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong crew leadership, quality control, and the ability to keep multiple jobs moving on schedule.

You will oversee crews and subcontractors, enforce safety, coordinate with Production, Operations and Sales, and drive on-time completions.

• Experience leading residential roofing installations.
• Ability to manage crews and subcontractors.
• Track record of maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets
• Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously
• Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards
• Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance
• Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations
• Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout
• Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency
• Own field execution from start to completion
