Job summary

Allstar Services is seeking a Field Project Manager to oversee residential roofing installations across Boston and surrounding markets. This hands-on leadership role requires managing crews, ensuring workmanship meets specs, and driving projects to stay on schedule.

You will coordinate with production, operations, and sales to meet timelines, enforce safety, and maintain high-quality standards. This position reports to the Production department and is based in Boston, MA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential roofing installations.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and sites simultaneously.
• Knowledge of manufacturer specifications, codes and company standards.
• Ability to perform real-time problem solving on job sites.
• Commitment to enforcing safety protocols on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets.
• Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes).
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance.
• Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations.
• Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout.
• Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency.
• Own field execution from start to completion.
