Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, home improvement, or outside sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to lead by example and demonstrate effective sales techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales technology.
• Willingness to spend the majority of the workweek in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Spend the majority of your time in the field, with some time in the office for meetings and training.
• Run leads and continue producing strong individual sales results.
• Lead by example by demonstrating Vault Roofing’s sales process and best practices.
• Take sales reps with you in the field so they can shadow customer interactions and presentations.
• Shadow reps to ensure adherence to the sales process and provide real-time coaching.
• Help reps improve presentations, overcome objections, close sales, and increase performance.
• Assist with recruiting and maintaining sales team staffing levels.
• Be a resource for sales reps needing support with customers or opportunities.
• Assist with preparing and presenting sales meetings and training content.
• Assist with coaching and training new and existing reps.
• Work with the Sales Manager to support overall team performance.
