Vault Roofing is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead field execution for residential roof installations in Columbus, OH. You will manage crews, ensure quality, and keep multiple jobs moving on schedule, with strong emphasis on safety and adherence to manufacturer specs.

This hands-on leadership role requires experience running high‑volume residential roofing installs, holding teams accountable, and coordinating with Production, Operations, and Sales to meet timelines and customer

Qualifications

• Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned markets.
• Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes).
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance.

Responsibilities
