Job summary

Convergint is hiring a Field Project Manager to lead installation, programming, start-up/check-out, and certification on Fire, Security, and/or Building Automation projects. You will work with the project team to ensure work is executed within scope, budget, and schedule, while delivering top-tier customer service.

You will supervise field staff and subcontractors, coordinate with the project coordinator, and mentor colleagues to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
• Experience leading field teams on complex projects
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management for timely completion within budget
• Mentor and develop on-site personnel
