Job summary

BARNHART is seeking a project manager for field-driven leadership in Memphis, TN. You will lead projects from award to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction while spending substantial time on job sites with crews.

You will communicate status, schedule, and risks to stakeholders and coordinate crews and equipment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or sufficient experience; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or sufficient experience.
• PMP is preferred.
• Experience in heavy construction projects or equivalent field experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve the project management team's efficiency according to Senior Leadership principles.
• Attend customer site visits, and assist with proposal and contract development to clarify scope and risk.
• Lead projects from sales through development to execution, maintaining communication with the Project Sales Representative.
