Job summary

Barnhart is seeking a hands-on project manager who will lead projects from award through closeout in field settings. The role requires significant time on job sites, solving problems in real time with crews, and staying close to the work to ensure safety, schedule, and client satisfaction.

The candidate should be actively engaged in the field rather than managing from an office, with duties spanning planning, scheduling, and coordination across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or sufficient experience.
• Experience meeting or exceeding essential duties listed.
• PMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, evaluation and improvement of project management efficiency.
• Participate in customer site visits, proposal and contract development/reviews.
• Lead project from sales to execution with ongoing communication.
• Interact with customers, engineers, vendors and others during design and planning.
• Develop and maintain an overall project schedule and critical path.
