Job summary

Barnhart is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee field operations on complex construction and industrial projects. You will coordinate labor, equipment, materials, logistics, scheduling, and client communications while guiding site management teams to deliver safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Works for the Director of Operations and reports to the Project Manager for the given project.
• Schedules and coordinates labor, equipment and materials with the Director of Operations.
• Directs and manages the site team including Construction Manager, Site Safety Manager, Site Logistics Manager and Site QA Manager.
• Ensures project compliance with policies, procedures, safety and quality standards.
• Communicates project status, schedule, profitability, safety concerns to executives and support teams.
