Utilities One is seeking a Field Project Manager - Aerial Construction Specialist in the United States (Galesburg, IL). This role leads daily field execution, oversees in-house and contractor aerial crews, and ensures safety and project alignment with client and company standards.

The ideal candidate will coordinate field teams, manage permits and locates, and drive timely project completion while maintaining high-quality workmanship and productivity on site.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead field projects in complex environments.
• Experience overseeing in-house and contractor crews.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Willingness to travel as required by project locations.
• Effective communication with management, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field execution and coordinate field teams.
• Lead vendor oversight and ensure crews follow approved plans and specs.
• Review projects for scope, constructability, and sequencing.
• Provide training and guidance to crews to improve performance.
• Coordinate permits, locates, and traffic control requirements.
• Represent the company as on-site operational leader and ensure on-time completion.
