Job summary

Utilities One in Columbus, OH is seeking a Field Project Manager - Aerial Construction Specialist to lead on-site execution, coordinate field crews and vendors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery. You will inspect work, provide training, track progress, review plans, and communicate with management, clients, and jurisdictions.

A valid driver’s license and strong knowledge of aerial fiber construction are required; travel to crew locations is expected.

Qualifications

• A valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Strong knowledge of aerial fiber construction.
• Ability to train, guide, and support crews.
• Willingness to travel to crew locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project review and pre-construction readiness.
• Coordinate daily field activities and vendor oversight.
• Ensure field execution quality and compliance with plans.
• Troubleshoot field challenges and coordinate with engineering.
• Submit required daily and project reports and maintain documentation.
• Communicate updates to management, clients, and jurisdictions.
