Utilities One Group in Fort Wayne, IN, seeks a Field Project Manager - Aerial Construction Specialist to lead daily field execution, oversee aerial crews, and coordinate vendors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

You will supervise in-house and contractor teams, ensure compliance with permits and safety standards, and communicate with clients and management to drive project success and profitability.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Strong knowledge of aerial fiber construction.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, construction permits and approvals.
• Ability to read maps, drawings and diagrams related to fiber construction.
• Ability to train, guide, and support crews to improve efficiency and production.
• Willingness to travel as required, with travel frequency determined by home location and crew locations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily field execution and productivity.
• Coordinate field crews and vendors to meet schedules.
• Ensure safety, permit adherence, and compliance with standards.
• Inspect field work and provide training and guidance to crews.
• Maintain communication with management, clients and jurisdictions.
• Submit daily project reporting and project documentation.
