Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 1–3 years of field PM experience in foodservice equipment installation or similar construction.
• Ability to read floor plans, manuals, schematics, and follow complex instructions.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations; able to work in office and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects meet specifications and are properly recorded.
• Select and manage subcontractors under contract.
• Coordinate interfacing work with related trades.
• Request schedules and critical path from client and contractors.
• Prepare RFIs and pre-order meeting materials.
• Field verifications for MEP systems and equipment.
• Ensure QA/QC and timely project completion.
