Job summary

Edward Don & Company is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead assigned projects in the Foodservice Equipment division. The role requires reading floor plans, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring projects meet specifications per drawings and quotes.

Your responsibilities include managing budgets, change orders, and schedules, while interfacing with CSR, estimators, coordinators, and drafters as needed. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1–3 years in field project management in foodservice equipment or related construction.
• Ability to read floor plans, equipment manuals, schematics, and complex instructions.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
• Proficient in MS 365; experience with Auto Quotes, OneNote, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, SmartSheets, and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors and interface with trades.
• Manage budgets and change orders affecting project bottom line.
• Develop RFIs, review documents, and prepare for pre-order meetings.
• Schedule and participate in pre-order meetings with project team.
• Notify purchasing and installation of date changes after PO issuance.
• Perform field verifications across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes.
• Maintain up-to-date drawings and cut sheets for install team.
