The role emphasizes value analysis, constructability, and safety compliance, with strong communication and collaboration across teams. Experience with scheduling and Spanish basics are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers to ensure work meets plans and specs.
• Review plans for value analysis and constructability; communicate with architect.
• Suggest labor and cost-saving methods for project efficiency and savings.
• Attend and document project meetings; distribute minutes.
• Publish weekly progress reports and track required information.
• Update project schedules and coordinate shop drawings and milestones.
