Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong written and oral communication, able to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers to ensure work meets plans and specs.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors and field staff.
• Prepare and distribute weekly progress and change reports.
• Update project schedules and track milestones.
• Assist in bidding and scoping for trade contractors.
