Job summary

Layton Construction is seeking a Project Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona. This role assists Project Managers to ensure that work installed on the project meets plan and specification requirements while maintaining logs and publishing weekly progress reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year previous field experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and apply OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Working knowledge of scheduling programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers to ensure compliance with project plans.
• Communicate inconsistencies to the architect.
• Publish weekly progress reports for assigned projects.
