Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Project Coordinator in Midland, TX to act as the central liaison among client stakeholders and field verification teams for day-to-day pilot scope execution.

Responsibilities include planning site sequencing, mobilization, and documenting readiness, while ensuring the latest drawings and templates are used and field inputs meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Ability to manage field verification activities and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of coordination between client stakeholders and LTTS teams for pilot scope.
• Assist execution planning including site sequencing and mobilization/demobilization.
• Track field walkdown activities covering P&IDs, Plot Plans, Area drawings, and related references.
• Ensure field teams use latest drawings, templates, and markup practices.
• Monitor quality of field inputs for downstream deliverables such as red-lined drawings and asset registers.
• Coordinate timely resolutions to client clarifications and site queries.
• Maintain governance tracker for site readiness, deliverable status, and due dates.
• Facilitate progress meetings and raise blockers related to access, permits, or inputs.
• Coordinate with delivery leadership to align onsite execution with governance and budgets.
• Maintain scope discipline by excluding engineering calculations and other non-field activities.
