Job summary

Intellectt INC is seeking a Project Coordinator in Midland, TX to serve as the primary liaison among client stakeholders, field verification teams, offshore/back-office staff, and site vendors for day-to-day pilot scope execution.

The role emphasizes planning, site sequencing, mobilization, permit readiness, field walkdowns, and maintaining up-to-date drawings and templates, with a focus on governance, schedule adherence, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience coordinating projects/sites in industrial environments.
• Oil & Gas / EPC industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of coordination between client stakeholders and field/offshore teams for day-to-day pilot scope execution.
• Support execution planning, including site sequencing, mobilization/demobilization planning, and permit readiness.
• Track field activities and ensure drawings and templates are up to date.
• Coordinate timely resolution of clarifications, site queries, and missing information.
• Maintain governance trackers for site readiness, deliverables, and closure status.
• Facilitate progress meetings and escalate blockers related to site access, permits, safety prerequisites.
• Align onsite execution with governance and commercial boundaries.
• Differentiate in-scope verification from excluded activities.
