Job summary

LT Technology Services in the United States seeks a Field Verification Coordinator to coordinate between client stakeholders, LTTS field verification teams, offshore/back-office teams, and site representatives for pilot scope execution. You will support planning, site sequencing, mobilization/demobilization, work-front readiness, permit readiness, and access coordination for each facility visit.

Maintain governance trackers, ensure latest drawings, resolve clarifications, and prepare status

Qualifications

• Point of coordination between client stakeholders, LTTS field verification teams, LTTS offshore/back-office teams, and site representatives for pilot scope execution.
• Assist execution planning, including site sequencing, mobilization/demobilization, work-front readiness, permit readiness, and access coordination.
• Track field walkdown activities covering P&IDs, Plot Plans, Area Classification drawings, Lease Flow Diagrams, equipment tags, and related references.
• Ensure field teams use the latest client drawings, templates, and red-line/blue-line markup practices.
• Coordinate timely resolution of clarifications, questions, and field-observed deviations from approved docs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tracker-based governance for site readiness, document receipt, pending clarifications, field completion status, and closure status.
• Facilitate periodic progress meetings, prepare concise status updates, highlight risks and dependencies, and escalate as needed.
