Job summary

Marking Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to lead planning, execution, and closeout of field-based projects.

You will coordinate between clients, Sales, Project Management, Field Operations, and other internal teams to maintain visibility and drive on-time delivery. You will track milestones, gather information for planning, and ensure documentation is complete before start of field activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project coordination or related experience.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with field operations, technical services, construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, schedules, forecasts, and status reports for visibility.
• Track RFIs, approvals, change requests, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate project documentation and ensure records are current and accessible.
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Project Management, Field Operations, Engineering and Production.
