Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a field operations and training leader to support construction field teams in Cedar Rapids. You will drive best practices, tool adoption, and workforce planning across projects.

Responsibilities include developing content, training, coordinating with field leaders and vendors, and leading process improvements to reduce risk and boost efficiency. Willingness to travel to jobsites and Procore experience are required. Competitive salary and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-years in solid construction field management and coordination.
• Experience in managing design/build projects is desired.
• Proficiency in field management tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support field manager responsibilities across processes, technology, and tools used in the field.
• Create content and train staff in support of primary tools and technologies.
• Act as liaison between field staff, management, and external vendors.
• Develop training strategies aligned with annual business plans and OKRs.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and standardization of SOPs.
