Job summary

ConocoPhillips, a leading global energy company, is seeking a Production Operations Multi-Skill Operator (MSO) for the Eagle Ford asset in the Kenedy, TX area. You will monitor and optimize production from well sites, operate company vehicles, and serve as a Safety Leader committed to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE).

The role requires hands-on experience with oil and gas production practices, gas lift operations, and equipment troubleshooting, with readiness to work across multiple

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ years of oil and gas production experience.
Experience with gas lift wells, compression, and related equipment.
Ability to access remote locations and operate from a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

Safely starting up new wells and facilities and ensuring safe operation.
Operate gas lift wells, gas assisted plunger lift wells, and compression.
Inspect wells, tanks, meters, separators, compressors and piping for leaks or abnormal conditions and take corrective actions.
Monitor daily production and input data into electronic systems for accuracy and optimization.
Maintain safety, health and environmental standards in all tasks.
