Job summary

ConocoPhillips in Texas seeks a Production Operations Multi-Skill Operator for the Eagle Ford Asset to monitor and improve production from well sites, often via a company-provided vehicle. You will be a Safety Leader, driving the Health, Safety and Environment commitment.

Responsibilities include startup of new wells and facilities, gas lift and compressor operations, equipment inspections, and data entry into electronic systems. A valid US work authorization and driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Current/Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ years of oil and gas production experience.
• 1+ years of well gas lift operations experience.
• 1+ years of operating and troubleshooting compressors.
• 1+ years of testing wells and sand traps flowback equipment.
• Experience startup of new wells facilities and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Safely starting up new wells and facilities.
• Operate gas lift wells, gas assisted plunger lift wells, and compressors.
• Inspect wells, tanks, meters, separators, and piping for leaks and take corrective actions.
• Access remote locations to monitor wells, adjust controls, and maintain production levels.
• Enter daily volumes and tests into data systems.
• Monitor production inputs and compare with outputs for accuracy.
• Perform hands-on production equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Follow safety and environmental policies and participate in MOC and PSSR processes.
