ConocoPhillips in Kenedy, TX is seeking a Multi-Skill Operator to operate designated central facilities, monitor production, and support safe, efficient field operations.

Based onsite, you will follow HSE standards, perform startup/shutdown, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with teams and contractors. The role requires 3+ years of unconventional oil and gas experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 5%.

Formación

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Current/valid driver's license.
• 3+ years of experience in unconventional field operations.
• Basic understanding of gas compression, dehydration, and measurement.
• Willing to relocate within 40 miles of Kenedy, TX and travel ~5% annually.

Responsabilidades

• Operate central facilities and monitor production and cost.
• Start up and shut down facilities under normal and emergency conditions.
• Troubleshoot operations, maintain records, and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Eagle Ford Operations and third-party partners.
• Complete handovers, PSSR, and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
