Job summary

Multi-Skilled Operator I [C] Duration: 12 months contract with possibility of extension Schedule: 10 Days On/4 Days Off (12Hr Days) Location: Kenedy, Texas This company is recruiting for a technically focused opportunity within its field operations team. The role offers hands-on exposure to well operations, gas lift systems, ESPs, three phase separation, gas compression and pipeline operation, supporting safe and efficient production performance. This position is well suited to candidates looking to develop operational expertise while working closely with engineering, maintenance and support teams.

Required Experience

• Typically 0-3 years of relevant experience in operations, production or field-based support.
• Experience or exposure to well operations and production environments.
• Ability to provide technical and/or administrative support in a routine operational setting.
• Experience carrying out basic office or field tasks using established procedures.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of well operations and production monitoring.
• Understanding of gas lifted wells and ESP operations.
• Familiarity with three phase separation and gas compression.
• Ability to support control board operation and pipeline operation.
• Capable of taking readings, performing rounds and proactively monitoring equipment and well performance.
• Able to prepare for and support maintenance activities.
• Experience or understanding of issuing work permits and following operational procedures.
• Ability to initiate work requests and support procedure writing.
• Confidence interfacing with engineering and support groups for data gathering and operational improvement.
• Understanding of chemical pump rate optimisation using production data, including corrosion, paraffin and soap injection.
• Ability to track test compression data.
• Experience conducting fluid level checks with echo meter.
• Strong willingness and ability to learn technical terminology, applications and standard operating procedures.
