ConocoPhillips is seeking a Multi-Skill Operator/Lease Operator to support field operations in the Midland Basin. The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, hands-on equipment operation, and problem-solving in a safe, dynamic environment.

You will perform daily field tasks, monitor production, and ensure reliable flow across wells and facilities while adhering to safety and environmental policies. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Formación

• 1+ years of mechanical maintenance, equipment operation, or inspection experience.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Able to perform the physical demands and work environment requirements described.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily field operations across assigned wells and facilities, monitoring equipment and production performance.
• Inspect tanks, meters, separators, compressors, and pipelines to identify leaks or issues.
• Gauge tanks to measure crude oil and water levels for safe transfers.
• Operate and troubleshoot compressors, gas lift wells, sand traps, and flowback equipment.
• Maintain chemical injection rates and execute well start-up/shut-in procedures.
• Enter and validate production data in digital systems for reporting and decision-making.
• Participate in facility walk-throughs, safety reviews, and regulatory documentation.
• Update piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs) and site security documentation.
• Respond to alarms and fulfill on-call duties to minimize downtime.
• Apply all safety, environmental, and company policies to protect personnel and assets.
