ConocoPhillips is hiring Lease Operators (MSOs) for field operations in the Midland Basin. You’ll work independently at wells and facilities, applying mechanical skills to ensure safe, reliable production. Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Current/valid driver’s license.
• 1+ years’ experience in mechanical maintenance, equipment operation, or inspection.
• Able to perform the physical demands and work environment requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily field operations across assigned wells and facilities, monitoring equipment and production performance.
• Inspect tanks, meters, separators, compressors, and pipelines to identify leaks or issues.
• Gauge tanks to measure crude oil and water levels for safe transfers.
• Operate and troubleshoot compressors, gas lift wells, sand traps, and flowback equipment.
• Maintain chemical injection rates and execute well start‑up/shut‑in procedures.
• Enter and validate production data in digital systems to support reporting and decision‑making.
• Respond to alarms and fulfill on‑call duties to minimize downtime.
