Job summary

ConocoPhillips is seeking a Multi-Skill Operator for the Eagle Ford region, based in Kenedy, TX. You will monitor and optimize central facilities, participate in start-ups/shut-downs, and support safety-focused operations in a challenging field environment.

This onsite role requires 3+ years in unconventional oil and gas, strong understanding of gas compression, dehydration, and measurement, plus the ability to work weekends and travel up to 5% annually.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in unconventional field operations.
• Residence within 40 miles of Kenedy, TX or willingness to relocate.
• Willing to travel up to 5% annually.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate designated central facilities and monitor production.
• Start up and shut down facilities under normal and emergency conditions.
• Troubleshoot operations problems and maintain records.
• Monitor performance data and verify level readings in control room.
• Handover and PSSR/comissioning of new equipment as needed.
