Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company in Chesapeake, VA seeks a Product Support Representative to expand our presence in the assigned territory, providing product support to customers and increasing revenue. The PSR will promote all makes products and demonstrate that Linder and the PSR are solutions providers.

Responsibilities include increasing sales opportunities, preparing quotations, conducting after-sales visits, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-relations skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with heavy equipment knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by expanding product support and services in assigned territory.
• Prepare and present Parts and Service quotations.
• Conduct after-sales visits and 90-day revisits.
• Register customers for electronic parts ordering in CRM.
• Collect customer data including machines and contacts for CRM.
• Perform 50-point machine walkaround inspections and present findings.
• Promote all makes parts and service programs.
• Collaborate with Service, Parts and Sales teams.
• Maintain daily CRM call reports.
• Coordinate with mainline salesperson for team support.
