Carolina Cat is seeking a Product Support Sales Rep (PSSR) to drive parts and service sales within the Construction Division. You will identify new revenue opportunities in assigned accounts, analyze territory potential, and follow up on leads to grow overall market share.

The role emphasizes salesmanship, campaigns, and collaboration with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and field teams to meet revenue and profit goals.

Qualifications

• College or technical degree preferred.
• Proven track record in equipment sales that demonstrates ability to consistently achieve and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Increase parts and service sales revenue through customer coverage and offerings.
• Increase Caterpillar parts market share through sales campaigns and offerings.
• Increase labor market share through sales campaigns.
• Manage a geographical territory consisting of assigned and potential prospect accounts.
• Maintain/grow customer relationships and develop business strategies with Sales Leadership and Marketing.
