Job summary

Warren Equipment Company in Texas seeks a dynamic Power Systems Sales Representative to grow our power solutions business in a defined territory. You will develop and maintain relationships with customers in standby electric, oil and gas, industrial, and rental power markets, focusing on CAT and Allied products.

You’ll travel extensively, meet clients on-site or by phone, prepare quotes, and coordinate training while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, five years related experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in equipment sales.
• Experience related to rental or heavy machinery is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of CAT and Allied products; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers and build sales leads from various sources.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute sales campaigns.
• Travel within territory to solicit orders and meet customers.
• Demonstrate products and emphasize salient features to customers.
• Quote prices, prepare contracts, and estimate delivery dates.
• Prepare business reports and track stock levels.
• Coordinate customer training and enter data into CRM.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and resolve delivery issues.
• Attend trade shows and stay updated on industry trends.
• Develop product knowledge and maintain professionalism in all dealings.
