Job summary

F3 Technologies, Inc. seeks a Field Implementation Technician to install, configure, and support POS systems for restaurant partners across the region. You will travel to partner locations, perform on-site setup, and train staff on POS usage.

No prior POS experience is required; comprehensive paid training is provided. You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining a customer-first approach and coordinating with partners for project delivery.

Qualifications

• No prior POS or technical experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with flexibility for weekend/overnight work.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software at partner locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues independently.
• Provide hands-on training to restaurant staff on POS functionality.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical support to minimize downtime.
• Document service work with job details, equipment used, and resolution steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain a professional, customer-first approach in every interaction.
