Job summary

F3 Technologies, Inc. is hiring for a travel-heavy field service position in the Columbus, OH area. You will install, configure, and maintain POS hardware/software at partner locations while traveling extensively to ensure smooth operations.

No prior POS experience is required; training is provided. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, staff training, and documenting service work, with a competitive hourly wage and shift differential for night/weekend hours.

Qualifications

No prior technical or POS experience required; we train you.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfort with frequent travel, including extended time on the road.
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Availability Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with weekend/overnight flexibility.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software at partner locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues independently.
Provide hands-on training to restaurant staff on POS functionality and best practices.
Deliver remote and on-site technical support to minimize downtime.
Document all service work, including job details, equipment used, and resolution steps.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain a professional, customer-first approach in every interaction.
