Job summary

F3 Technologies is seeking a Field Implementation Technician to install, configure, and support POS systems for restaurant partners across the Laurel, MD region. Training is provided, and no prior POS experience is required.

You will travel frequently, install and troubleshoot POS hardware/software, and train staff to ensure smooth operations. Compensation includes night/weekend differential and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior POS or technical experience needed; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software at partner locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues independently.
• Provide hands-on training to restaurant staff on POS functionality.
