Job summary

AbbVie in the United States seeks a field-based sales professional to execute brand strategy and drive performance across assigned territories. You will build strong customer relationships, solve customer needs, and place the patient at the center while adhering to AbbVie's code of conduct and regulations.

You will develop call plans, meet or exceed KPIs and financial targets, and differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
• Five (5) years of experience with three (3) or more years of experience within the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred and a high school diploma/GED required.
• Demonstrates in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge with strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, to meet or exceed those objectives.
• Create pre-call plan objectives and execute post-call evaluation to continuously improve sales performance.
• Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key customers.
