Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Sales role to execute brand strategy and drive sales performance across assigned territories. You will build strong customer relationships and solve needs to place patients at the center of AbbVie’s efforts while adhering to company policies and healthcare regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a health/science or business-related field or equivalent industry experience, with a strong emphasis on clinical knowledge, communication, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven track record of success in sales and ability to work in a matrix organization.
• English language proficiency verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and brand KPIs to meet or exceed objectives.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve effectiveness.
• Develop customer relationships and solutions to maximize patient access and sales.
• Plan calls to optimize coverage and frequency with key customers.
• Share market intelligence with field and brand teams to align strategies.
