Innovativ Pharma is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to manage physician accounts in primary care and specialty markets. The role focuses on building strong professional relationships and executing strategic account plans to deliver results.

The position emphasizes field-based selling, knowledge of products, and adherence to regulatory guidelines, with opportunities for both entry-level and experienced professionals in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or strong selling abilities in a field-based role.
• Requires valid driver's license for field visits.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to differentiate yourself in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and promotion of pharmaceutical products within the local territory.
• Drive pull-through on existing patients and build product awareness with physicians.
• Develop strategic relationships at practices, hospitals, and clinics for future launches.
• Plan and organize sales calls in the territory to meet goals.
• Maintain knowledge of product, market and regulatory changes and report to management.
• Complete industry trainings and CME education to stay current.
• Review product performance within accounts and adjust actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pull-through strategies.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
