Innovativ Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to act as the lead contact for physician accounts in the assigned territory, detailing products and building trust-based, long-term relationships to drive profitable growth.

This field-based role can be entry level or experienced, requiring strong communication and account-management skills, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support strategic plans and territory execution.

Qualifications

• Sales abilities with account management experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and field-based role.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and promotion of pharmaceutical products in territory.
• Drive pull-through and raise product awareness among physicians.
• Build strategic relationships with general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics.
• Plan and organize sales calls in territory to optimize performance.
• Maintain knowledge of products, market trends, and competitors; report to management.
• Complete industry training and CME to stay current.
• Adhere to regulatory and company compliance guidelines.
