Innovativ Pharma is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Primary Care & Specialty. The role focuses on building strong physician relationships, promoting a diverse product portfolio, and delivering consistent account plans within a local territory.

The position emphasizes field-based responsibilities, training, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize pull-through and market share across general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and promotion of pharmaceutical products within the local territory.
• Drive pull-through on existing patients and build awareness of product portfolio with physicians.
• Build strategic customer relationships at general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics for long-term partnerships.
• Develop sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and programs as applicable to scope.
• Plan and organize sales calls in the territory to optimize performance goals within each account.
• Maintain knowledge of products, market trends, and regulatory changes and report to management.
• Complete industry sales training and CME education to stay updated on products.
