Job summary

Innovativ Pharma is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Primary Care & Specialty. The role focuses on leading account management within physician accounts, promoting our pharmaceutical products, and building durable professional relationships based on service and knowledge.

Entry level or Experienced candidates will develop, manage, and execute business plans in the local territory, with a commitment to regulatory compliance and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Sales abilities with interpersonal skills and knowledge of account management.
• Field-based role requiring a valid driver’s license.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; self-starter and ambitious.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and promotion of pharmaceutical/healthcare products within your local territory.
• Drive pull-through on existing patients and build awareness of product portfolio with physicians.
• Build strategic customer relationships at practices, hospitals, and clinics to foster long-term relationships.
• Plan and organize sales calls in the territory to optimize performance.
• Maintain knowledge of product/service, market/industry trends, regulatory changes, competitors, and customers and communicate to management.
• Complete all industry pharmaceutical sales training plus maintain CME education.
• Review and analyze contracted product performance and adjust actions as needed.
• Develop cross-functional support with the Pharmaceutical Sales Representative team.
• Adhere to relevant pharmaceutical sales regulations and company policies.
