Innovativ Pharma in the United States is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to lead account management within physician accounts, promoting our products and building strong professional relationships. The role emphasizes service, product knowledge, integrity and trust.

You will develop and execute account business plans, coordinate territory activity, and stay current on regulatory changes, with training and cross-functional collaboration to drive pull-through and successful product

Qualifications

• Sales abilities with inter-personal skills and account management experience.
• Field-based role requiring a valid driver's license.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and promotion of pharmaceutical products within your local territory.
• Drive pull-through on existing patients and raise product awareness with physicians.
• Build strategic relationships with practices, hospitals, and clinics for long-term partnerships.
• Develop strategies, marketing initiatives, and sales programs as applicable.
• Plan and organize sales calls to optimize performance and time in the territory.
• Maintain knowledge of products, market trends, and regulatory changes, and report to management.
• Complete industry sales training and CME to stay updated.
• Review contracted product performance and adjust actions to grow market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pull-through strategies.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
