Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Innovation/Utility specialists to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and related construction tasks in residential and commercial settings. You will inspect, install, and service treatments, while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product labels
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us)
• Customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Pest Control: Inspect, treat residential and commercial clients, install termite control systems
• TAP Insulation Installation: Install TAP insulation and ensure quality service
• Construction and Repair: Assist with light construction and pest-damage repairs
• Customer Interaction: Explain services and provide pest control guidance
• Service Delivery: Exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and training
