Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking Innovation/Utility specialists to perform pest control, exclusion services, TAP insulation installation, and light construction in residential and commercial settings.

You will inspect sites, install and maintain termite control systems, install TAP insulation, and assist with minor repairs while following safety protocols. Training is provided and career growth is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Possess a valid driver’s license from resident state.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills for mixing products and measurements.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems and perform exclusion services.
• Efficiently install TAP insulation and assist with minor construction related to pest damage.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and provide guidance.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and PPE is worn as required.
• Move up to 50 pounds and work in varied spaces (basements, attics, crawl spaces).
